Meet Cheryl & Scarlett

I have completed 26 years in the beauty industry and 16 years in aesthetics. My career began in Wimbledon Village in 1999, after training at Kingston College. I went on to complete my Postgraduate and Honours Diplomas with the International Dermal Institute and Dermalogica, before progressing into London's luxury spa and aesthetics industry.

For the past 16 years, I have specialised in aesthetics, working within high-end clinics and developing extensive experience in advanced skin treatments, laser hair removal, laser skin rejuvenation, radio frequency and skin peels.

My passion for learning has continued throughout my career. I hold a Level 4 qualification in Advanced Electrolysis, am a trained phlebotomist, and have undertaken specialist training in PRP, anti-wrinkle treatments, Profhilo and polynucleotides.

In 2023, my business partner Scarlett and I founded Village Aesthetics & Beauty, bringing me back to Wimbledon, where my career first began.

For me, the most important part of what I do is the relationship I build with my clients. Many have been with me for years, and I believe in providing a warm, personal and honest approach — creating treatments tailored to each individual and helping every client feel confident in their own skin.

Hi, I’m Scarlett, and I’ve been working in the beauty industry for over 23 years.

My journey began straight after leaving school, when I went on to study at the London College of Beauty. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of working within some of South London’s most established and high-end salons, where I’ve built a wonderful and loyal clientele over the years.

What I love most about beauty is the variety. I don’t think I could ever choose just one favourite treatment — I love that every day is different, whether I’m carrying out an advanced facial, a HydraFacial, creating a flawless spray tan or simply helping a client feel their very best.

For me, beauty therapy has always been about so much more than treatments. It’s about creating a moment for yourself, feeling cared for and leaving with a little more confidence than when you arrived.

The greatest privilege of my job is meeting people, building genuine relationships with my clients and making them feel good about themselves.

Because true beauty therapy isn’t just about how you look — it’s about how you feel. That’s why it’s called beauty therapy. It’s good for the soul.
