From Raynes Park to Ridgway
The 200 bus is the obvious choice. From Raynes Park station it climbs Copse Hill and runs along Ridgway, stopping at Wimbledon Village / Ridgway, about a minute's walk from our door. The timetabled journey is about 13 to 15 minutes, with a frequent daytime service. We are in the basement of Lu Lu Blonde hair salon.
By train. It is one stop to Wimbledon (about three minutes), then the 200, 93 or 493 up Wimbledon Hill Road.
On foot. Allow about half an hour. It is uphill most of the way, so leave yourself time to arrive calm.
By car. About a mile and a half via Cottenham Park Road onto Ridgway. There is pay-and-display street parking nearby. Check the zone signs, as most Village zones are controlled Monday to Saturday during the day.
Access. The clinic is in a basement and is reached by stairs only, so there is no step-free access. If stairs are difficult for you, please get in touch before booking and we will talk it through with you.
What happens at your first consultation
If you are considering aesthetic treatment for the first time, the process matters more than the menu. Every consultation follows the same five steps.
- Listening. What you notice in the mirror and in photographs, and what you would rather not change.
- Assessment. Your health history, a skin analysis, facial movement and proportion, and photographs so that any change can be measured.
- Plan. A written, staged plan setting out costs, risks, alternatives and realistic timelines.
- Treatment. Carried out only once you are sure, often at a later appointment.
- Review. A complimentary appointment at two weeks to assess and refine.

Aesthetic options, explained plainly
The injectable and regenerative treatments we offer each do a different job, and one cannot stand in for another. Which, if any, suits you depends on your skin, your anatomy and your goals.
- Skin quality and hydration. Profhilo is a stabilised hyaluronic acid injectable used for hydration, elasticity and overall skin quality. It is not a dermal filler and does not add volume. Prices start from £320.
- Fine, crepey or tired-looking skin, including under the eyes. Polynucleotides are used to support skin quality over time. They are not a filler either, and under-eye concerns have several possible causes, so assessment comes first. Prices start from £250.
- Expression lines. These are discussed only at a face-to-face consultation, with an aesthetic practitioner and nurse prescriber involved in the assessment. See our page on anti-wrinkle treatment for how suitability is decided.
- Non-injectable alternatives. PRP for skin uses your own platelet-rich plasma (from £375). SkinPen microneedling starts from £275.
Some things are beyond these treatments. Injectables cannot lift significant laxity, and results are temporary and vary from person to person. Cheryl has 16 years in aesthetics and specialist training in Profhilo, polynucleotides and PRP. She will tell you if a request would look unbalanced and suggest the alternative that suits you better.
Regular care that fits around Raynes Park life
