The 30-minute massage is normally focused on back, neck and shoulders; it can be tailored to areas of concern, including face, scalp, leg or foot as agreed on the day.
Who it’s for
For clients who want a quieter body treatment in clinic — desk-tension relief, a full-body session, pregnancy massage where suitable, or Scrub & Glow. Pregnancy massage is offered only when appropriate for your stage of pregnancy; tell the clinic when booking. Massage is not a medical treatment and is not offered where it would be unsuitable (for example active infection, fever, or as advised by your midwife or GP).

Written aftercare is given in clinic. In general: drink water after treatment, move gently, and follow any specific advice given in clinic.

Is this the same as facial massage?
No. Body massage is booked as its own appointment. Facial massage inside a prescription facial is part of that facial.
Do you offer pregnancy massage?

Can pressure be adjusted?
Yes — tell Cheryl or Scarlett what feels comfortable; the 30-minute treatment can also be directed to areas that need more attention.
