A plain guide to 2026 prices at Village Aesthetics — facials, HydraFacial, CACI, peels, microneedling and injectables — and what changes the final figure.
The short answer
At Village Aesthetics in Wimbledon Village, prescription facials start at £120, HydraFacial at £170, CACI at £75, skin peels at £120, microneedling at £275, PRP at £375, advanced electrolysis at £110 and anti-wrinkle injections at £190. An aesthetic practitioner consultation is £100 and lasts 45 minutes.
Every price is confirmed in full before anything is booked. There are no add-ons applied on the day that you have not agreed to in advance.
Why the same treatment can cost different amounts
Three things move the figure: appointment length, what is included, and whether the treatment is taken as a single session or a course. A 60 minute prescription facial is £120 and the 90 minute version £140, because the longer appointment allows extended extractions, massage and a second mask.
HydraFacial Deluxe is £170 and Platinum £200, the difference being lymphatic drainage and a Dermalux LED finish. Deluxe CACI is £160 rather than £105 because it adds an enzyme peel, hydratone mask and LED.
Courses and why they are quoted as a plan
Microcurrent, LED, peels, microneedling and regenerative treatments work cumulatively. CACI is planned as ten sessions twice weekly, Dermalux LED as twelve, microneedling usually as three, and exosome therapy as five. Quoting a single session in isolation would misrepresent what the result costs, so the whole plan is priced at consultation.
Courses and packages are available on most skin treatments, and where fewer sessions would serve you just as well, that is what will be recommended.
What is not charged for
Skin analysis at the start of a skin treatment is included in the appointment. Written aftercare is included. A call or message if something worries you afterwards is included.
Separate consultation fees apply only where the appointment is itself a full clinical assessment: £100 for an aesthetic practitioner consultation, £60 for advanced electrolysis including patch test, and £60 for an Obagi prescription skincare consultation.
